§ 2.28.120. Municipal fire prevention commissioner—Fire marshal authority.

The fire marshal shall be deemed a municipal fire prevention commissioner within the meaning of Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 68-102-108, and shall make such reports, perform such duties and have and exercise such powers as are conferred by the State Fire Prevention Law upon municipal fire prevention commissioners.
