§ 2.28.150. Inspection of buildings—Right of entry.

Upon complaint of any person having an interest in any building or in property adjacent thereto, or without any complaint, the fire marshal shall have the right at all reasonable hours, for the purpose of examination, to enter into and upon all buildings and premises in the urban services district.
