§ 2.28.180. Failure to comply with orders.

It is unlawful for any owner, lessee, occupant or agent of any building or premises to fail to comply with the written order of the fire marshal served upon him, or to fail to comply with such order of the fire marshal as affirmed or modified on appeal, as herein provided.
