§ 2.28.210. Assistant fire marshal—Right of entry for inspection.

The assistant fire marshal, in aiding and assisting the fire marshal in the discharge of the duties of fire marshal under the ordinances of the metropolitan government and the law, shall have the right at all reasonable hours, for the purposes of examination, to enter into and upon all buildings and premises within Davidson county.
