There is created a department of general services, which shall consist of a director
and such other officers and positions of employment as may be provided by the provisions
of this chapter and Chapters 6.16, 6.60, 10.04, 10.08, 10.12, 10.16, 10.20, 10.32 through 10.52 and 15.72, or as may be subsequently provided by ordinance.
