§ 2.36.030. Consistency with federal and state law.

This chapter and Chapters 6.16, 6.60, 10.04, 10.08, 10.12, 10.16, 10.20, 10.32 through 10.52 and 15.72 are intended to be consistent with applicable federal and state law, and shall be construed, whenever necessary, to achieve such consistency.
