§ 2.36.150. Unauthorized reproduction or alteration of department documents.

No person shall reproduce or alter, or cause to be reproduced or altered a permit, report, certificate or other paper issued by the department of health or any agent thereof, if the purpose of such reproduction or alteration is the evasion or violation of any provision of this chapter and Chapters 6.16, 6.60, 10.04, 10.08, 10.12, 10.16, 10.20, 10.32 through 10.52 and 15.72 or any other law.
