§ 2.36.170. Tearing down or mutilating official notices.

No person shall mutilate, obstruct, tear down or remove any notice of the department of health unless authorized to do so by the department of health or by this chapter or Chapters 6.16, 6.60, 10.04, 10.08, 10.12, 10.16, 10.20, 10.32 through 10.52 and 15.72.
