§ 2.40.080. Delinquent tax reports transmitted to department.

It shall be the duty of the metropolitan trustee to transmit to the department of law a balanced and reconciled report of all real property taxes or tax equivalents due the metropolitan government for the general services district and the urban services district, which taxes or tax equivalents have become six months' delinquent. Prior to such transmittal, there shall be an internal audit by the division of accounts.
