§ 2.40.100. Settlement of claims against metropolitan government.

  • The metropolitan attorney is authorized to settle any property damage claim against the metropolitan government for an amount not in excess of fifteen thousand dollars, and any other type of claim against the metropolitan government for an amount not in excess of five thousand dollars.
