§ 2.40.180. Allocation of funds.

The director of finance and the budget officer are authorized to provide, as a basis for budgetary operation for the 1983-1984 fiscal year, to the department of law any appropriation and allocated balances in the 1983-1984 budget that may have previously been designated to the department of risk management.
