§ 2.40.200. Administrative memorandums of understanding.

The department of law, by and through the director of law, shall have authority to enter into memorandums of understanding with other metropolitan agencies for the administration of the insurance, self-insurance, claims and safety programs of other agencies when so requested by other agencies. Any fees derived by the department of law for providing these services shall be paid into the general fund of the general services district. All memorandums of understanding entered into by the department of risk management are transferred to the department of law.
