§ 2.44.050. In-service training program.

The metropolitan police department shall establish an in-service training program which meets the requirements of the Tennessee Law Enforcement Planning Commission, in order to become eligible for salary supplements for police officers. The chief of police is required to do all things necessary to establish a training program in compliance with Tennessee Code Annotated Section 38-1113.
