§ 2.56.020. Parole of traffic violators—Failure to observe conditions deemed misdemeanor.

  • Persons accused of violating traffic ordinances or traffic regulations of the metropolitan government may be paroled only in the manner and under the conditions prescribed by Divisions II and III of the metropolitan court. Failure to observe such method or conditions of parole by any court officer, police officer, clerk of the traffic violations bureau or any other person charged with the administration of this article shall constitute a misdemeanor in office, and such person shall be subject to a fine not exceeding twenty-five dollars.
