§ 2.56.050. Applicability of article.

This article shall apply to Division I of the metropolitan courts, or any metropolitan general sessions court having jurisdiction over municipal ordinances, regulations, resolutions or private acts, with the exception of moving or nonmoving traffic violations, and the clerk serving such courts shall remit costs as provided above to the metropolitan government.
