§ 2.56.200. Created—Authority of clerk of the metropolitan court.

There is created a traffic violations bureau, which shall be under the control and supervision of the clerk of the metropolitan court.

B.

All clerks and other employees of the traffic violations bureau shall be the employees of the clerk of the metropolitan court.
