The airport authority and its officers and employees, or any participating municipality,
by publication of such rules and regulations, assumes no responsibility for loss,
injury or damage to persons or property by reason of fire, vandalism, wind, flood,
earthquake, collision, strikes or acts of God or of public enemy, nor does it assume
liability for injury to persons while on airport(s) or while using the facilities
of same, or for property damage.
B.
All persons shall conduct activities and render services upon the airport property
in a safe, responsible and efficient manner, and shall be solely liable for having
properly trained and instructed their agents and/or employees for such purposes.
