§ 2.60.060. Contracts and leases—Filing requirements.

A.

A copy of all contracts entered into by the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority shall be filed with the purchasing agent of the metropolitan government and with the metropolitan clerk.

B.

A copy of all the leases entered into by the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority shall be filed with the public property administration of the metropolitan government and with the metropolitan clerk.
