§ 2.60.070. Tenants—Construction conditions.

A.

Prior to any alteration, repair and/or construction of leased buildings or ground surface, the airport tenant must submit such proposal to the planning and engineering division of the airport authority for construction plan and specification procedures.

B.

All phases of construction must meet federal, state, local and Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority requirements.
