§ 2.60.190. Disorderly conduct, public intoxication, gambling and other nuisances.

A.

No person shall be or become intoxicated or drunk, commit any disorderly, obscene or indecent act, or commit any act of nuisance, nor conduct, or engage in any form of gambling, or violate any federal, state or local laws on the airport property.

B.

No person shall deposit litter upon the floors of airport buildings or upon sidewalks, roads or grounds of the airport.
