No person shall destroy, injure, deface or disturb in any way any building, sign,
equipment, marker or other structure, tree, flower, lawn or other property on the
airport.
B.
Any person damaging any light fixture, security lock mechanism, door or gate, pavement
or turf surface on airport property by malicious intent or by operation of a vehicle
or aircraft, shall be cited as facts so warrant, and be fully responsible for any
costs required to repair or replace the damaged facility.
