§ 2.60.240. Picketing and demonstrations.

  • No person shall walk in a picket line as a picket, or take part in any labor or other public demonstration on any part of the airport property, except in those places which may specifically be assigned for use of such picket lines or other public demonstrations by a permit approved by the executive director in accordance with airport authority regulations. A copy of such regulations may be secured from the secretary of the authority at his office on the fourth floor of the main airport terminal. Such permit is also subject to applicable federal, state and participating municipality laws.
