§ 2.60.270. Enforcement authority.

The uniformed officers of the airport authority safety and security division and/or officers of participating municipalities are empowered to require compliance with these rules and regulations. No authority is either hereby expressed or implied, however, that would permit any individual other than the executive director to change, alter or amend these rules and regulations. The executive director is authorized to interpret and construe these regulations wherever necessary, either by directive of general or specific application, and his interpretations and construction shall be deemed a part of the regulations and binding upon all persons.
