§ 2.60.330. Procedure in case of accidents.

The driver of any vehicle involved in an accident on the airport which results in injury to any person or damage to any vehicle or property shall immediately stop such vehicle at the scene of the accident, and report such accident to the metropolitan airport safety and security office, or to the applicable police or sheriff departments in which the airport is located. The operator of such vehicle, within a reasonable time after the occurrence, shall make other reports as may be required by and in accordance with federal, state and municipal laws and regulations.
