§ 2.100.010. Created—Membership.

There is created a metropolitan transportation licensing commission. Such board shall consist of seven public members to be appointed by the mayor and confirmed by a majority vote of the whole membership of the metropolitan council, and who shall serve without compensation for a term of two years or until their successors are appointed.
