§ 2.100.040. Duties of chief of police and chief traffic engineer.

The chief of police of the metropolitan government and the chief traffic engineer of the metropolitan traffic and parking commission shall, in their official capacities, advise the board when requested concerning those matters of public safety and proper traffic control.
