§ 2.100.065. Transfer of budgetary appropriation.

Any and all funds appropriated by the metropolitan council to the transportation licensing commission prior to November 1, 2012, for Fiscal Year 2012-2013 through the operating budget ordinance or by resolution appropriating funds from the General Fund Reserve Fund (4% Fund) shall be transferred to, accounted for, and managed by the metropolitan department of public works.
