§ 2.76.060. Replacement of members.

No person can be appointed, replaced or reappointed to the metropolitan board of electrical examiners and appeals unless such person has been recommended to the mayor in accordance with subsections (A) through (H) of Section 2.76.020. Any person appointed as a replacement shall serve only for the remainder of the term of the member replaced, unless subsequently reappointed for an additional term according to the procedures set forth above.
