§ 2.80.060. Rules and regulations for conduct of business—Meetings and hearings.

The board of fire and building code appeals shall adopt such rules and regulations as it may deem necessary to conduct its business. The board, in open meetings, shall hear all appeals, under this chapter and Chapters 10.64 Articles I and II, 16.04, 16.08 and 16.28 through 16.56 of this code, from decisions and rulings of the director of codes administration and/or the metro fire marshal. The board shall meet at regular monthly intervals. The day of the monthly meeting shall be determined by the board in its rules and regulations.
