§ 2.80.100. Appeal procedures—Filing time limit reduction conditions.

In case of a building or structure which, in the opinion of the director of codes administration, is unsafe or dangerous, the director may, in his order, limit the time for such appeal to a shorter period. All appeals hereunder shall be filed with the department of codes administration on forms provided by the director.
