§ 2.92.070. Rules and regulations for conduct of business.

The board of plumbing examiners and appeals shall adopt such rules and regulations as it may deem necessary to properly conduct its business, provided that all such rules and regulations shall be explicitly set forth in writing and shall not become effective until approved by the mayor. Copies of all rules and regulations shall be filed with the metropolitan clerk.
