§ 2.92.110. Appeals from decisions on plumbing matters.

  • Whenever the director of codes administration shall reject or refuse to approve the mode or manner of plumbing system or plumbing installation proposed to be followed, or the materials used or proposed to be used in such plumbing system or plumbing installation, or in the repair or alteration of an existing plumbing installation, or when it is claimed that the provisions of this chapter or Chapters 6.52 and 16.12 of this code do not apply or that an equally good or more desirable form of plumbing installation or material can be employed in any specific case, or when it is claimed that the true intent and meaning of this chapter and Chapters 6.52 and 16.12 or any of the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder have been misconstrued or wrongly interpreted, the owner or his duly authorized agent may appeal from the decision of the director to the board of plumbing examiners and appeals.
