§ 2.92.120. Appeals—Filing requirements.

Notice of an appeal to the board of plumbing examiners and appeals shall be in writing, setting forth the grounds for such appeal, and shall be filed with the secretary of the board within ten days after the decision is rendered by the director. A filing fee of two hundred and fifty dollars shall be paid at the time the appeal is filed with the board.
