§ 2.128.040. Officers and bylaws—Authority to purchase property and other powers.

  • The historical commission is authorized:

    A.

    To establish its own offices and to elect its own officers therefor;

    B.

    To promulgate and maintain its own regulations and bylaws;

    C.

    To purchase and maintain any property, real or personal, in conjunction with the commission's general purpose stated in this chapter; and

    D.

    To make any recommendations to the mayor in regard to person suitable for appointment to the commission.
