§ 2.152.030. Organization and staffing.

The metro beautification and environment commission shall be a division of the department of parks and recreation. All positions in the metro beautification and environment commission of the department of public works are hereby transferred to the department of parks and recreation. All persons whose position is transferred to the department of parks and recreation shall be subject to transfer according to the civil service rules.
