§ 2.188.010. Persons and firms providing professional services to file final reports and recommendations with metropolitan clerk.

Any person, firm, corporation or other entity employed by the metropolitan government to provide professional services, efficiency experts, rate consultants and other feasibility consultants, shall be required to file a copy of all final reports or recommendations presented to any department, agency, commission or board of the metropolitan government, including the office of the mayor, in the office of the metropolitan clerk.
