§ 2.196.100. Violation—Penalty.

Any violation of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of more than five hundred dollars, and upon conviction the metropolitan clerk shall have the authority to suspend the registration of a lobbyist and suspend any person from the privilege of lobbying for a period of suspension not to exceed two years.
