§ 2.198.040. Severability.

  • Should any court of competent jurisdiction declare any section, clause or provision of the ordinance codified in this chapter to be unconstitutional, illegal or unenforceable for any other reason, such decision shall affect only such section, clause or provision so declared unconstitutional, illegal and unenforceable, and shall not affect any other section, clause or provision of said ordinance, it being the intent of the metropolitan council that all other provisions of such ordinance remain in full force and effect.
