§ 2.211.010. Workforce development program established.

There is hereby established as part of the mayor's office of economic and community development (ECD) a workforce development program for the purpose of providing job training and recruitment to Nashville residents for construction projects for which economic development incentives in the form of tax increment financing (TIF) or payments-in-lieu-of-tax (PILOT) agreements have been provided by the metropolitan government.
