§ 2.211.020. Diversified business participation.

Private businesses receiving economic development incentives in the form of tax increment financing (TIF) or payments-in-lieu-of-taxes (PILOT) agreements for a construction project or projects shall establish a goal of spending a minimum of twenty percent of the project's costs with small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises, commonly referred to as "diversified business enterprises (DBE)".
