§ 2.211.030. Workforce development program participation.

Private businesses receiving economic development incentives in the form of tax increment financing (TIF) or payments-in-lieu-of-taxes (PILOT) agreements for a construction project or projects shall utilize the metropolitan government's workforce development program to ensure that reasonable efforts are made to hire or utilize residents of Davidson County for the project(s).
