§ 2.224.050. Parks and recreation department—Powers and responsibilities.

A.

The parks and recreation department shall have the authority to adopt and implement rules and regulations, not inconsistent with the chapter, which will effectuate the purposes of this chapter.

B.

The parks and recreation department shall submit a report to the director of finance and metropolitan council not later than June 1 regarding the expenditure of grant funds in the current fiscal year.
