§ 2.230.050. Implementation schedule.
A.
The Department of Personnel shall be responsible for providing this training to each new employee of the Metropolitan Government within ninety days of the employee's start date.
B.
Contractors must execute an affidavit, in the form provided by the Purchasing Agent, attesting that:
1.
Contractor has provided sexual harassment awareness and prevention training to its employees who fall under the provision of Section 2.230.020(B); or
2.
Contractor will provide sexual harassment awareness and prevention training to its employees who fall under the provision of Section 2.230.020(B) within ninety days of the effective date of the contract or the employee's start date if after the effective date of the contract.
