§ 4.04.070. Public access to procurement information.

Procurement information shall be public records, open to inspection and copying during normal business hours. Information on a particular procurement shall be open to the public only after bid evaluation. In accordance with regulations of the Standards Board, the Purchasing Division may charge a reasonable cost for copying records.
