§ 4.08.070. Centralization of procurement authority.

Except as otherwise provided in this code, the division of purchases shall, in accordance with regulations promulgated by the standards board, procure for the use of the metropolitan government and its departments, boards, commissions, officers and agencies all necessary and appropriate supplies, materials, equipment, other personal property, contractual services, insurance and surety bonds.
