§ 4.12.050. Small purchases.

Any procurement not exceeding the sum of one thousand dollars or such greater amount as may be permitted by the Metropolitan Charter may be made in accordance with the small purchase procedures promulgated by the standards board. "Split bidding," or the artificial division of procurement requirements so as to constitute a small purchase, is prohibited.
