§ 4.12.100. Cancellation of invitations to bid or requests for proposals.

An invitation to bid, a request for proposals or other solicitation may be canceled, or any or all bids or proposals may be rejected in whole or in part, when it is in the best interests of the metropolitan government in accordance with regulations promulgated by the standards board.
