§ 4.12.130. Cost or pricing data.

The standards board may, by regulation, establish requirements for the furnishing of cost or pricing data in situations, including change orders or contract modification, where analysis of the proposed price is essential to determine that the price is reasonable and fair. Such data shall not be required where prices are based on adequate competition, established catalogue or market prices, or are regulated.
