§ 4.12.220. Contracts relating to solid waste collection and disposal.

Latest version.

No contract providing for the collection, transportation and/or disposal of solid waste, whether temporary or permanent, which contracts provide for annual payment of five hundred thousand dollars or more, including unit price contracts, may be entered into unless and until such contract has been approved by resolution duly adopted by the council by twenty-one affirmative votes.
