§ 4.20.010. Alternative methods of construction contracting management—Standards.

The standards board shall promulgate regulations providing for as many alternative methods of construction management as it may determine to be feasible. These regulations shall:
A.

Set forth criteria to be used in determining which method of contracting management is to be used for a particular project; and

B.

Grant to the purchasing agent the discretion to select the appropriate method of construction contracting management for a particular project.
